In Day 2 of the 2025 War of the Roses competition, Kappa Delta earned the trivia competition title, edging out Pi Beta Phi and Kappa Alpha Theta on Sunday night.
Fifteen teams are competing for the Rose Queen over a six-day period culminating with the 6 p.m., Thursday talent show finale to be held in Purdue’s Stewart Center’s Loeb Playhouse. Remaining team competition includes t-shirt sales, fund-raising for The Ability Experience, attending the Monday awareness tent at the Purdue belltower (or the Stewart Center atrium at the mural if weather is too severe), Tuesday’s game night and Wednesday’s Second Chance Prom participation as well as ticket sales for Thursday’s talent show.
Through Sunday’s trivia competition, $17,316 has already been raised toward the $20,000 goal. Proceeds benefit people with disabilities locally and nationally through The Ability Experience.
