On Aug. 21, more than 250 prospective new members visited the Pi Kappa Phi booth at Meet the Greeks and/or visited the chapter that same evening to learn more about the recruitment process. It was the first opportunity for those interested in the fraternity to meet members and learn about the chapter’s three major priorities in looking for new members – academic achievement, leadership potential and commitment to service.
Recruitment functions will be held on the following dates:
• Tuesday, Aug. 23, Room Talks 1 with pizza
• Thursday, Aug. 25, The Ability Experience with wings
• Sunday, Aug. 28, Meet the Brothers with Jimmy Johns
• Tuesday, Aug. 30, Basketball at the Recreational Sports Center
• Wednesday, Aug. 31, Room Talks 2
• Thursday, Sept. 9, Bid Dinner by invitation only
All recruitment functions will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, 330 N. Grant St., except for the Aug. 30 event at the C-Rec.
