Statistics from the Fall 2024 semester, show that Pi Kappa Phi remains one of the top fraternities at Purdue.
Of the 41,522 undergraduate students, 17.4% are members of the fraternity, sorority and cooperative life community. The community had a 3.29 average GPA in the fall, while the all-undergraduate average was 3.27. The all-men’s undergraduate average GPA was 3.23. The total community service hours were 48,798 or 6.77 hours/member. The total philanthropic donations were $527,397, or $73.12/member.
The most recent four-year graduation rate was 79% within the community while the overall Purdue rate as 67%. The five-year graduation rate was 89% among the community while the overall Purdue rate was 81%.
Among the IFC fraternities, there were 38 fraternities with 3,649 members for an average of 96 members per chapter.
Pi Kappa Phi’s statistics (among the 38 Interfraternity Council groups) included:
- No. 1 in total membership numbers at 212
- No. 3 in philanthropic dollars raised at $16,562, or $78.12/member
- No. 4 in service hours at 1,715, or 8.1 hours/member
- No. 11 in semester GPA at 3.29, while the all-fraternity average was 3.18
The chapter had six members with a 4.0 semester GPA and 40% earned semester academic honors. A total of 91% of the membership had a 3.0 or higher semester GPA.
