Fall 2019 Abilities Week is upon us!
The Ninth Annual David Feltner 72-Hour Bike-a-Thon starts at 5 p.m., Wednesday at the belltower on the Purdue campus and runs through 5 p.m., Saturday.
Members of the Feltner Era are undertaking a $1,000 fund-raising effort in his memory. They are donating and/or riding during the week. Thus far, $489 of the $1,000 has already been raised. Donors include: Chris Mascaro, Rob Lambert, Matt Waldersen and Collin York. Riders signed up thus far include: York, Mike Lolkus, Andy Scheil, Josh Schutz and Ian Schneider.

Other events this week include:
• 10 a.m. to Noon, Wednesday and Thursday, Pie a Pi Kapp at the belltower. Here you smear a pie in the face of a chapter member for a donation.
• Sororities will compete for distance based on a preset amount of time throughout the 72 hours.
• Noon to 1 p.m., Friday, Facebook Live. You can watch and interact with chapter members riding at the belltower. There will be interviews and you can pose your questions to us live throughout the hour.
• 4:30 p.m., Saturday, Facebook Live. You can watch the last half hour of the ride, including alumni of the Feltner era riding the final minutes.
