Homecoming 2026 information

October 17, 2026 Written by Historian

We do not know the gametime of the Maryland at Purdue homecoming football game on Nov. 7, 2026, but there will be some opportunities for alumni to gather at the fraternity house.

We will communicate via email and on the chapter website the details of the homecoming schedule once kickoff time is announced. Sometimes the Big Ten waits until after the previous weekend games are completed to make the announcement.

Regardless, there will be activities including:

  • The 16th Annual David Feltner 72-Hour Memorial Bike-a-Thon completion prior to kickoff – typically we complete the ride two hours before kickoff if it’s a noon or 3:30 p.m. game or later if it’s an evening game. The bike-a-thon has been moved from the bell tower to the sidewalk in front of WALC, Purdue’s Wilmeth Active Learning Center, which is across the sidewalk from prior years (WALC is located where the old power plant with the smokestack used to stand).
  • Alumni who wish to sign up for a one-hour timeslot, you may do so by contacting the chapter’s Ability Experience Chairman, Will McKee at 317/703-0898 or Willmckee1234@icloud.com. Once the Big Ten has announced gametime, an online signup on the chapter’s website (www.purduepikapps.com). We ask for a $25 per hour (or more) donation on the chapter’s donation portal:https://support.abilityexperience.org/fundraiser/OmegaPurdue
  • Updated architect’s renderings will be updated before and after afternoon gametimes or after evening games in the foyer of the house. After working with the design and the city to secure lot coverage and setback for nearly four years, we now know where the exterior may stand at 330 N. Grant St. The design is complete for the proposed project and a fund-raising campaign will be announced once we have projected costs of such an endeavor.
